Dr. Yehia Omar is a Radiology and Nuclear Medicine physician specializing in PET/CT imaging, theranostics, and targeted radionuclide therapies. As Director of the Theranostics Unit at Misr Radiology Center in Cairo, he has led the introduction of several pioneering molecular imaging and therapy services in Egypt, including PSMA, DOTATATE, and FAPI-based applications. He combines extensive clinical expertise with strong leadership in physician education, conference organization, and service development, notably founding Egypt’s first dedicated Theranostics Summit. Dr. Omar is also an active researcher with multiple publications in nuclear medicine, oncology imaging, and prostate cancer theranostics.
