Dr. Aysar Najeh Khalaf graduated from the Baghdad College of Medicine in 2007 with an MBChB degree. He is certified by the Jordanian Board of Nuclear Medicine, ranking first in the board examination (February 2018). He completed a long-term postgraduate fellowship (one year) in Nuclear Medicine at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC), after that he served as a Nuclear Medicine Specialist at KHCC from January 2019 to September 2021. He participated in many Nuclear Medicine publications as first author as well as co-author.
Currently, Dr. Khalaf is the Program Director of the Arab Board Nuclear Medicine Training Program at Warith International Cancer Institute, where he also leads the Department of Nuclear Medicine and the Cyclotron Facility.
